Warranty & Return Policy

Australian Consumer Law

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have

under the Australian Consumer Law (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.

If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law:

All goods sold by come with guarantees that cannot be excluded

under the Australian Consumer law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund

for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired if the

goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Lodging a Warranty Claim


If a product purchased from turns out to be faulty, we will strive to

resolve the issue as soon as possible.

2. Returning the Faulty Products to Us

Once the Returns approves, you need to return the faulty products to us at your own cost.

You can return the faulty products to us by mail or bring in to our store.

3. Collection of the Products

We will inform you by message or email to pick up your products when warranty is

completed. If you choose to get the products delivered to your address, you are

responsible for returning postage. Please refer to Shipping policy for more details.

Returning non faulty products


In some situations may elect to accept a return of a non-faulty

product due to change of mind or for a similar reason, in these situations there may be a

restocking fee chargeable, our restocking fee is typically 25%. Please note that it is up to

the discretion of if we choose to accept a return of a non-faulty

product. For these types returns we will typically offer a credit note.

Custom Orders

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged if a custom order is cancelled after it has been

         Inadequately packaged goods may incur a $25 packaging fee on return.

When you are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange


Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to return a product and get a

refund or exchange if the product does not meet certain consumer guarantees - for

example, if the product is faulty.

You do not have a right to return a product if you:

         Changed your mind and no longer want the product

         Ordered the wrong product

         Found the product cheaper elsewhere

         Found a better product elsewhere

         Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (such as if the fault was

written on the product's tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any               photos or

descriptions of the item online)

         Damaged the product by misusing it (such as liquid damaged on your laptop)

         Used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and

tear. (Such as an used laptop battery is not holding as a longer time as it’s brand new)


Warranty Does Not Cover The Following Situation

1. Consumable parts of the item being sold (e.g. laptop batteries).

2. Items has been physically repaired by a third party and warranty seals have been

4. Defects and malfunctions resulting from viruses, lock ups, general protection faults or

operating system errors.

5. Compatibility problems - it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item purchased

will be compatible for use with their existing hardware and systems.

6. Any defects or damage as a result of using this item in a manner other than its intended

or customary use.

7. Any defects or damage which have been caused by abnormal use, abnormal conditions,

improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorised modifications,

unauthorised connections, unauthorised repair, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration,

improper installation, including damage caused by freight, blown fuses, electrical

fluctuations, spill of food or liquid or any other acts.

8. Breakage or damage to the casing.

9. All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged

due to normal customer use.

10. Consumable components of the item.

11. Items which have had the serial number removed or made illegible.

12. Damage resulting from use of non-standard accessories.

13. Items which have been damaged in transit on return to our store.

14. Items where the security seal has been removed or tampered with in any way.


Refund timeframe


Once we have ascertained that a refund needs be issued to you, it can take up to 5 days for

the amount to be credited to your account. 

All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Bank Transfers, cheques and

debit cards will be refunded as bank transfers, PayPal payments will be credited back to

the PayPal account concerned and credit card refunds are processed back onto the original

credit card.
